Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of every item we curate, from Daybeds & Chaise Lounges to Desk Lamps. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not fit your vision or space perfectly. Our policy is crafted to offer a fair and transparent resolution process.
Our Policy at a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Process: Initiate a request via email → Receive an RMA & instructions → Ship the item back.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Exchanges: Available for size or color variations, subject to stock availability.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)
Contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number and item details. Use the template below for efficiency. - Receive Your RMA & Instructions
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without an RMA. - Package and Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and ship it to the address provided. - Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days after arrival):- For Refunds: We initiate a refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- For Exchanges: We ship the replacement via your chosen method (Standard or Free EMS).
Refund Timeline & Method
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or PayPal’s processing times. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all customers, the following are considered final sale:
- Personal Care & Bath Items: For hygienic reasons, all products in the Bath category (e.g., bath accessories) are final sale.
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Any item specifically customized for your order.
- Damaged Items Due to Customer Misuse: Products not used according to instructions.
- Items Not in Original Condition: Products that are used, altered, or missing original packaging and tags.
