However, we understand that sometimes a product may not perfectly fit your vision or space. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is crafted with the same clarity and care as our modern home decor collections, ensuring a resolution process that is as seamless as our checkout.

Our Policy at a Glance

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Process: Initiate a return request via email, receive an RMA & instructions, ship the item back.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Exchanges: Available for size or color variations, subject to stock availability.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please see Section 4 below.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days of Delivery)

Contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. For efficiency, please use the template provided below.

Step 2: Receive Your RMA & Instructions

Within 2 business days, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to ship your return. Please do not ship any items back without an RMA number.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (processing takes 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • For Refunds: We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • For Exchanges: We will ship out the requested replacement item via your chosen shipping method (Standard or Free EMS).

Refund Timeline & Method

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we have received the returned item and confirmed its condition. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or PayPal’s processing times. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all our design-conscious customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal Care & Bath Items: For hygienic reasons, all products in the Bath category (such as bath accessories) are final sale.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Any item specifically customized for your order.
  • Damaged Items Due to Customer Misuse: Products not used in accordance with provided instructions.
  • Items Not in Original Condition: Products that are used, altered, or missing original packaging and tags.
